I loved sinking into the spacious Queen Studio with a fully functional kitchen that made preparing meals a total breeze! The massive parking lot was a huge plus Plus, the new management is genuinely dedicated to enhancing the guest experience, and it really shows!

Nice hotel with its wi-fi, free parking, and friendly staff. They helped me find a place to exchange money during my first stay. I highly recommend it and I'm coming back for Christmas!

The room was clean and quiet, but the comfort level was a bit mixed. The bed felt decent, but they charged a $200 deposit, which was way more than I expected for my one-night stay. The kitchenette didn't have hangers or dishes, and it was pretty sparse overall. It was okay for a quick stop, but I wouldn't want to stay for longer without better amenities.

Friendly staff helped me out during my stay. The bathroom needed some serious cleaning. Wi-Fi worked great, and free parking is a plus.

The check-in process was chaotic with no staff around. I witnessed unsavory activities in the lobby, which made me feel unsafe. The room reeked of cigarettes, and I was unable to find anyone to address my concerns.

Truly need to address the overwhelming odor and noise issues!!! A must for improvement would be ensuring rooms are clean and properly prepared for new guests!!! Feeling is that there's still a lot of room for polish!!!

The queen studio was clean with air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and kitchenette. The bathroom had free toiletries, towels, and a hairdryer. Wireless internet was fast, and the dining area was spacious. Enjoyed the security features and easy access to popular locations. Breakfast included fresh coffee and granola bars.

The management clearly lacks follow-through. despite having a kitchen, my room didn’t include any essential items like dishes, utensils, or even a TV remote. I spent my first day asking multiple times about basic amenities like a hairdryer and remote, but nothing came through. The overall cleanliness left much to be desired, with worn-out furniture, dingy towels, and persistent smells lingering from prior guests. Plus, the absence of an elevator made lugging heavy luggage a hassle, especially since my room was on the top floor. There’s also a noticeable lack of staff presence, making it frustrating when issues arise.

For pet owners, the dog-friendly policy is a big plus! Don't forget to ask for utensils at the front desk.
